Quality Standards
HardwarePT was awarded the ISO9001 award. The 2000 version of the ISO 9001 International Standard specifies requirements for a quality management system which meets customer requirements and enhances customer satisfaction. ISO 9001:2000 is based on a systematic, process approach and strives to control and improve organisational results
Quality Testing
At HardwarePT we follow strict quality procedures to ensure all systems have functional 24hr burn in test in our on-site test facility workshop before being dispatched
Delivery
At HardwarePT we try to ensure all stocked products are shipped within 5 working days after an order has been placed. If the product is a none stock item we will advise of the closest delivery date available
Warranty
The standard manufacturers return to base warranty normally 2 years applies to all products. An additional extended warranty package has been purchased if required
Returns Policy
Unless otherwise specified the warranty is a return to base. Returned products will be repaired in-house or returned to the manufacturer
