Advantech's Industrial Automation Group has introduced a versatile new fanless touch panel PC, the TPC-1770H. With a 17" SXGA TFT LCD, ultra slim design (only 93 mm depth), Intel Celeron M processor (up to 1 GHz) and die-cast aluminum front panel, TPC-1770H is one of the most rugged and thin touch panel PCs on the market, while still providing a large and vibrant 17" display.
The Touch Panel PC: TPC-1770H provides one extension slot to provide data bus extension such as RS-232/422/485, PCI-104, CAN-bus, and so on to meet customer needs. Moreover, the TPC-1770H uses a low voltage processor and heat sink to achieve a unique fanless design. With its NEMA4/ IP65 front panel it is resilient enough to resist the harsh conditions of any industrial environment, especially in SCADA applications or as an HMI display for Machine Automation.
Furthermore, the Touch Panel PC: TPC-1770H provides multiple standard communication ports (3 x serial ports, 2 x Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4 x USB 2.0 ports, and 1 x PS/2 and VGA) allowing connectivity with a variety of peripherals. Also, TPC-1770H supports Microsoft Windows XP, Windows XP Embedded, Windows CE 5.0, and Windows CE.NET.
